Open new image 700 x 700, c/p tube of choice onto canvas.  El Frame 18 resize to 60 c/p and place behind tube. El Frame 24 resize to 55 c/p and place behind 1st frame, Effects: Enhance Edges. Magic Wand click inside frame 18, expand by 6  Paper 7 resize to 60 c/p behind frame, selections, invert delete DO NOT DESELECT. El 140 Statue resize to 60 c/p and place inside frame HIT DELETE, deselect. Add Drop Shadows on both frames. El 148 Clouds resize to 50  flip horizontal c/p and place behind Statue a little above. El 211 Ribbon resize to 40 c/p and place towards the top left behind frame, I duplicated this layer 3 more times and just  moved them around  behind my frame. El Fireworks resize to 50 c/p and place towards inside of frame to the right, same El resize smaller c/p and place towards left. El 97 Ballon resize to 15 c/p and place towards left inside of frame, duplicate layer and place to ward right.  For the bottom of my tag I used the following elements: 10, 14, 27, 51, 63, 64, 100, 102, 107, 109, 154, 166, 174. 175, 209 You can use my tag for reference for placement of Elements or you can get creative with your own thing! Starting from left to right. El 107 Hear resize to 20 free rotate left c/p and place towards left side of frame. El 14 Dog tags resize to 35 c/p and place by tube. El 51 Cupcake resize to 65 c/p and place by Heart. EL 10 Butterfly resize to 50 c/p and place by Cupcake. El 63 Pod resize to 30 c/p and place behind Butterfly. El 166 Flower resize to 30 c/p and place to the side behind Pod, duplicate this later flip horizontal and place to far left duplicate again and place to the far right behind tube.El 154 resize to 30 c/p and place behind Dog Tags. El 27 resize to 30 c/p and place in front of Dog Tags. El 175 Rose resize to 15 c/p and place behind Pod. Duplicate this later and place to the far right in front of tube. El 64 Lantern resize to 25 c/p and place in front of tube. El 102 Star resize to 15 c/p and place to far left by Heart, duplicate and place by in front of Pod, duplicate again flip horizontal and place behind latern. Add your drop shadows and and last I added El 209 Ribbon resize to 60 and "drape" it in between the Elements.  Add you finishing touches. I am using El 216 BLue stars resize to 60 c/p and place one towards far left duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to far right. El 157 resize larger 110 c/p and place behind your frames. El 85 resize to 20 Enhance Edges c/p and place to top left of frame. El 100 Flag resize to 30 Enhance edges, free rotate Left 10.0 c/p and place in front of your tube towards bottom.  Add your mask I used paper 22, duplicate your mask flip horizontal. Merge Visible Duplicate tag, on copy Guassian Blur 6.0 Properties Softlight lower Opacity to 60 Go to Photo Effects - Film and Filters Vivid Skin Tones Filter Colors: #c8965a Do this TWICE.  Add your Name, CR and License Info Save as PNG!
